For booking confirmation we require a deposit 35% of the full amount of the stay, by credit card or bank trasnfer. The reservation can be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, after this deadline the deposit is not refundable.

Due to the constraints as a national monument protected by the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage, it was not possible to eliminate the architectural barriers, therefore none of our Suites is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, we apologize for the inconvenience.
